Connecting to Disney+

In order to regain connection to Disney+, you must contact Disney+ Support and request to be whitelisted.

      They will need to provide the following information:
            Name and Email on your Disney+ account
            Your provider (gotW3)
            and your public IP address (can be found at

After this information is provided, they will white-it your private IP to allow you access to their service.
